Vibration and temperature stream into Prediktis around the clock. Every asset shows Normal, Warning or Critical against the limits you set.

02 · ALERT

A limit is crossed. The right people know.

The pump bearing passes its warning value. The alarm is recorded and an email goes to the people responsible for that device.

03 · ACT

The alert becomes a planned job.

A ticket is opened on the asset and assigned to a technician, with planned hours, priority and the spare parts it needs.

04 · PROVE

Fixed before it failed. And measured.

Do we need to install anything?
No. PREDIKTIS runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. For condition monitoring, sensors are fitted on the assets where they are needed during setup.
Can we use it without sensors?
Yes. Work orders, the asset register, spare parts and budgets work on their own. Sensors are needed only for condition monitoring and alarms, and you can add them later.
How does a project start?
With an assessment of your critical assets, then setup and a pilot on one site. After the pilot results are reviewed, more assets, modules and sites are added.
Can we manage several sites?
Yes. Every site is a separate location, picked from a map or a list, and the dashboard shows all of them or just one.
Who receives the alarms?
Each sensor has a warning and a damage limit, and you choose who is notified by email for each device. Every alarm is stored with its reference values.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Tickets, assets, spare parts, budgets and alarm history can be exported.
Is anomaly detection available?
It is in development. Fixed limits and alarms are available today. You can join the early-access list from the contact page.
