Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit prediktis.com (the “Site”) or contact us, why we process it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Data that customers enter into the PREDIKTIS platform (portal.prediktis.com) is not covered by this policy. It is governed by the contract and the data processing agreement signed with each customer.

2. What data we process

Contact form data: name, work email, company, phone (optional), industry, number of sites, the topics you are interested in and your message.
Correspondence: what you send us directly by email or tell us by phone.
Site usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, where the visit came from. We collect it through analytics tools only if you consent in the cookie banner.
Technical data: IP address and server logs, needed to run and secure the Site.
Cookie preference: the choice you make in the cookie banner.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Answering requests and scheduling a demo or pilot: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Follow-up about PREDIKTIS services related to your request: our legitimate interest in developing business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time.
Site visit statistics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
Site security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Legal obligations, for example accounting or requests from authorities (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. How long we keep data

Requests received through the form or by email: up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless they lead to a contract. If they do, we keep them for the duration of the contract and then as long as the law requires.
Analytics data: for the period configured in the analytics tool, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Cookie preference: up to 12 months, after which we ask for your consent again.
Server logs: as long as needed for security, usually a few weeks.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Site, only as far as needed and under contract:

the web hosting provider, whose servers run the Site and store form requests;
the email service provider;
analytics providers (for example Google, for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), only if you have consented;
public authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to contact@prediktis.com. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Data security

INFOSEC CENTER SRL is ISO/IEC 27001:2023 certified for information security management. The Site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the data we receive is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

9. Children

The Site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update.
